The NALA is working with Toys for Tots to ensure no child is forgotten at Christmas via a new initiative - Collective Cause Marketing.

This set produces 2,350 lumens of intense blue light per unit to indicate the pathway of the forklift, warning pedestrians and other vehicles of ongoing operation.The EXHL-TRN-ZN-LE9-FKLT-BLU-KT.3X from Larson Electronics is a set of three, 27-watt explosion proof LED forklift zone lights which produces 2,350 lumens of intense blue light each, offering real-time notification to nearby pedestrians and works of ongoing forklift operation. Standard forklift warning systems have strobe lights that can hinder operator visibility and/or audible alarms which can irritate workers and pedestrians who must listen to the constant beeping. On the night of November 26, 2008, a bullet scraped Anil Nirmale's fingers, near Metro Cinema, Marine Lines. Nirmale, who worked for a television channel and was stationed on duty there, was engrossed in covering Ajmal Kasab's crazy gun-laced run. Ten years later, Nirmale can still feel the swoosh of the bullet as it ripped off the flesh from his palm. "I can even hear it all, the fear is still there," he told DNA, when this correspondent met him on Thursday.

For Nirmale, surviving Kasab's wrath was like rebirth. "I thought I was dead then," he said.

Nirmale had covered many extraordinary events as a cameraman earlier — from floods to bomb blasts and riots — but none came close to what this assignment entailed. In fact, on November 26, Nirmale had already packed for the day and reached his residence. "I was asked to return to duty and cover what seemed like a gang-war shootout then. For a long time, it was not clear what was really happening that evening," Nirmale recalled.

The cameraman reached Metro at about 10.30 pm. He remembers seeing police vans everywhere and could hear gunshots. "This was unusual because at that time, it is usually a peaceful spot. "I saw a police jeep packed with police officials rushing towards CSMT station. We — as in all the media people standing there — were told to squat and secure ourselves. It was almost midnight when I saw the same jeep coming from the opposite direction this time and realised that something was wrong," recounts Nirmale.

Sensing that there would be something for him to shoot, Nirmale took aim. "Terrorist Ismail was driving this police jeep and Kasab was firing from it. He fired a slew of bullets in our direction and one went through three fingers of my right hand. My camera fell and a terrible numbing sensation gripped my entire right limb. That is my last memory of that day."

He was later operated on at JJ Hospital and for once, he who covers news himself became the news. "My family was shocked to see me on TV and my mother refused to believe I was okay till she saw me in person," smiles Nirmale. While recovery since has been difficult, Nirmale shrugs and says, "Life has to go on."

(Nasdaq: PME), ("Pingtan" or the "Company")* a global fishing company based in the People's Republic of China (PRC), today announced that the Company will hold its Annual Shareholder Meeting on November 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. China Standard Time. MONACO, Nov. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Safe Bulkers, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: SB), an international provider of marine drybulk transportation services, announced today that the Company has accepted an offer letter to refinance a loan facility of $51.4 million secured by 4 vessels, part of which would expire in 2022, by extending the relevant tenor by 2 years and pushing back the balloon payments to 2024, concluding the Company’s refinancing actions.Upon completion of all loan documentation the repayment schedule of the Company on a pro-forma basis is presented in Table 1, in comparison with the repayment schedule as of September 30, 2018.

As of September 30, 2018, the total debt^1 of $555.4 million was secured by 37 vessels, whereas following the refinancing the total debt on a pro-forma basis is $610.7 million secured by 39 vessels. The average margin^2 following the refinancing is expected to be 211bps.

The refinanced facilities contain financial covenants in line with the existing loan and credit facilities of the Company.

Dr. Loukas Barmparis, President of the Company, said: “Having concluded the refinancing of our debt in close cooperation with our lenders, we believe that we have a comfortable debt profile which provides for one of the lowest cash break-even points in our industry for the following five years. Our consolidated leverage^3 was 55% for an 8.1 year average-aged fleet as of the end of the third quarter 2018. The additional liquidity will provide financial flexibility to us and is expected to be used for financing our environmental investments including scrubbers and ballast water treatment systems and for general corporate purposes including acquisitions.”
